Nathan Says

We were having breakfast by candle light this morning (long story). Nathan was eating a blueberry waffle when he turned to me and stated, "Mom, you don't ever want to eat fire because you'll burn your tongue!"

Nathan Says

Mathew crawled over to the wall and was eyeing the electrical socket. He started to reach for it when Nathan scolded, "Mathew, No No! You'll get lexi-cuted!"

Learnings

This is Nathan's second day home from school (he was sick yesterday). Here's what I learned from Nathan so far today...

1. Coral are related to jellyfish.
2. You can't just walk into a jungle! There are lions!
3. You're not supposed to eat puffer fish.
4. When it rains, the snow turns into water, but you still shouldn't eat it.

This morning Nathan was looking through a stack of photos that I haven't sorted yet. He looked at Mathew's baptism photos and said, "Mom, look, this is when Mathew got his hair washed at church." I'm still chuckling.

Just Another Day

An ear infection free Mathew! Let's hope it stays that way for more than 3 days!
